We are Galaxy, photography professionals who have almost two hundred years of experience (combined!) in photography under our belt. We are those fanatics who would set darkroom in the bathroom as kids and whose screening process of a photo paper is harsher than that of a model looking for a boyfriend. We have lamented the discontinuation of several direct positive paper manufacturers, which made us realize that this void needs to be filled.
We want to make a new photo paper for pinhole and large format cameras. Our intention is not merely to bring back the photo paper that has been gone out of the market, but to make an even better one, with higher sensitivity, better dynamic range and easier development process that would be performed with the room temperature of solutions. We have done our homework and we know how to make it. Here are its features:
Our experience has brought us to negotiating with Slavich, one of the largest remaining photo paper manufacturers, about producing new black-and-white reversal photographic paper. We have been working with them for a while now and know the high quality of the photo paper they are producing. We have agreed that we can use their facilities to produce this photo paper with our unique formula. While developing this project, we worked with the best international photographers and Photography Research and Development Institute (Russia), analyzed dozens of photo papers and right now we are on the verge of discovering the perfect emulsion for the reversal photographic paper.
We are sure there are other photographers who might be interested in this paper. Larger amount of interested photo enthusiasts will enable us produce more packs of photo paper at a reasonable price. Additionally, if the demand is sufficient enough, we will continue production of this photo paper on a regular basis.

Running a test batch will enable us make the necessary adjustments and tune up equipment.
It's time for some lab fun with developers! Since we use our original proprietary recipe, the developing solutions might have a little different chemicals combination than the regular developers.
At this stage we will be ready to manufacture the photo paper in all its glory!
