The Konica AA-35, it’s a half frame 35mm point and shoot camera with autowind and rewind, a built in flash and a 24mm f4 wide lens. It’s one of our all time favourite half-frame cameras, they are rare, especially autofocus models!
This one is really interesting, designed to be the same size as a tape recorder the AA-35 is loaded vertically unlike most point and shoots.
It’s really thin, light and easy to carry, you’ll need a roll of 35mm film and 2x AA batteries and you’ll be ready to go.
You can set your ISO from 100, 200 or 400 on the back when you slide the camera open. Being half frame you’ll get double the amount of photos off a roll of 35mm film so instead of 36 you’ll get 72.
