The Minolta Hi-Matic GF! Originally released in 1984 it’s the last model in the Hi-Matic series. Featuring a 38mm ƒ4 lens and an inbuilt user controlled flash, its great fun camera and is a pleasure to use.
It uses zone focussing, meaning all you need to do is match the picture on the lens to the conditions in your scene. It’s manual exposure, but also uses 3 handy pictures on the lens, so like the focussing simply match the weather in the pic, to the weather in your scene and hey presto! It has a warning light next to the viewfinder, so it will warn you if its to dark, and time to use the flash!
Available ISO’s on this camera are either 100 or 400.
Runs off 2 X AA batteries.
